SHADES OF CAPRICE 

Impressions of flowers fading from colour to white characterize this unique whimsical series. Kavitha’s love of subtle shades is on display in the ethereal flora that blends into the pastel washes they float in. She says: “I was mesmerised by in-depth floral studies, and wanted to capture the meditative feeling they invoked. I consciously restrained my technique, and focused on enhancing the translucency of the medium”
